Online Store Policies

To make our online store as efficient as possible, we have put the following policies into place. Please read each policy carefully before placing an online order to enjoy a good shopping experience. 

Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders due to the nature of shipping our products. 

Shipping Policy: All products are shipped at your own risk. While we do our best to protect the product during the shipping process, we are not responsible for the way your product looks when it arrives. We are also not responsible for the way the shipping company delivers your product. If you have an issue with a delivery, please contact the shipping company directly.

Order Issues Policy: If there is an issue with your order, please visit our contact page to send us a message or give us a call. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy: If we need to provide a refund because we cannot properly fill your order, it will be issued on the card you made the online purchase with. If a refund cannot be placed back on that card, we will issue the refund as a gift card. You will be notified by either phone or email when a refund has been issued.

Gift Card Policy: Any online or physical gift cards purchased are non-refundable.
